All visitors must register in the basement before going up to use the first floor computer room.

ANYONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A MOOD ALTERING SUBSTANCE OR SMELLING OF ALCOHOL/MARIJUANA WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
The Recovery Network will enforce a zero-tolerance policy on the abuse or
possession of intoxicating beverages or any use of illegal controlled substances.

Shouting, Profanity, Verbal and/or Direct Physical abuse of anyone is prohibited.

Visitors are not permitted on the 3rd or 4th floor without proper authorization; you must ask a staff member for permission to go upstairs.

All requests for money from staff, volunteers or others at the RNNK are prohibited. Staff & volunteers are not permitted to loan others money while at the RNNK.

All bags must be with you at all times. We can not store items for clients, including RXs, money, and clothing.

Anyone attempting to stay in building at night after hours will set off an alarm causing a police response!

Carrying a concealed weapon is prohibited.

Theft, damage or misuse of RNNK property can result in termination from RNNK.

No directory assistance/long distance calls are allowed.

Possession of illegal drugs, alcohol or any kind of substance abuse is not permitted.

No food or drinks are allowed at the computer desks.

Viewing of pornographic and/or inappropriate material is not allowed.

Persons are not permitted to delete files, load software or change computer settings.

Downloading any attachment from the Internet to the hard drive (C-drive) is prohibited. All downloads must be cleared by a staff member before downloading.

There is a 60 minute limitation on use of a computer when all computers are in use and other clients are waiting.

No personal CDs, floppies, flash drives or any other outside software/media permitted in RNNK computers.

If the volume of the headphone set interrupts other clients you will be asked to turn down the volume.

All paperwork/personal items should be taken with you upon leaving the RNNK. Recovery Network is not responsible for items left here by clients.

Visitors are not permitted at staff desks without authorization.

Printed materials are limited to 5 pages of black & white.

Display of inappropriate physical contact is not permitted.

All persons under 18 yrs of age must have permission to be here.

Visitors are not permitted inside this building until approximately 10:30 A.M.

Anyone caught removing, replacing or unplugging, headphone, mouse or keyboard wiring from the back of any computer will be suspended.

Chat lines and singles clubs (an example is MySpace) are not available for use at Recovery Network.

Consumer mail received by the RNNK is restricted to the following:
(A) Checks – Payroll, Government, S.S.I.
(B) Doctors Appointments – NorthKey, etc.
(C) Any mail from other agencies.
Personal mail such as letters or cards from family. Any other mail will be returned to sender. RNNK will attempt to keep all the above cited mail for consumers but is not responsible for lost mail.
